When are my boxes delivered?
Your first box will be delivered within 7 business days of subscribing, depending on availability. You’ll be able to provide 3 delivery window preferences upon checkout. After your first box, new orders will be scheduled monthly based on your delivery preferences. Plus, you can pause your subscription at any time (but why would you do something so silly?).
Do I need a medical rec to join?
No, you just need to be 21+ years old and have proper identification (ID) to join.
Who delivers the box?
Our friendly Provisioning Center partner will deliver your box, which will be scheduled monthly based on the date and time that best matches your delivery window preferences.
Tips are not mandatory but always much appreciated!
Where do you deliver?
We are currently delivering in the Detroit Metro area. If you’re outside our delivery zone, join the waitlist to be notified when HighHello becomes available in your area! Delivery to Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor and Lansing, will start in Spring 2023!

Do I need to be home when my box arrives?
Yes, due to MI cannabis law you must be home at the time of delivery to receive your box and present your 21+ ID; the ID you present must match the information on your HighHello profile. We make it super easy by giving you ample notice ahead of your planned delivery window. You’ll also receive a reminder text on the day of your delivery. Can’t make the scheduled delivery time? No problem! Log into your account at gethighhello.com, and navigate to ‘Subscriptions’ , click ‘View’ on the active subscription and then ‘Reschedule Delivery’. A chat will open where you can enter your reschedule request. We ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice. Or email us with your details at firstname.lastname@example.org; please put ‘Reschedule Delivery’ in the subject line.
What happens if I’m not home when my box arrives?
We’ll always give you ample notice to be able to reschedule before your delivery. We charge a reschedule convenience fee of $20 for missed deliveries. Please get in touch with email@example.com if you believe this happened in error.
Will delivery be discreet?
Yes, drivers arrive in unmarked vehicles with no advertising or branding on them. Note that the driver can only hand over the package to the HighHello subscriber whose driver’s license information was provided upon signup.
Can I purchase more than one subscription?
At this time, our membership program is limited to one subscription per user; new types of subscriptions, boxes and more frequent delivery options are coming soon! We know that you’ll be blown away by our club and will want to gift it to your friends and family but unfortunately we haven’t figured out how to facilitate this, yet!
What will be in my box?
Your $100 monthly subscription fee is made up of a $20 membership fee and an $80 mixed cannabis box fee (+tax). In every box, you’ll get a mix of 7 cannabis products at a $150 retail value. We’ll also throw in a few surprise goodies because you’re awesome.
We also offer an Edibles (6 products), Flower (4 products), Smoker (4 products) and Newbie (5 products) subscription for $75/month. And a Dabber box for $105/month.
The remainder of the product preferences you select at checkout are part of a beta program and will not be applied to your subscription.
How do you select the products in the box?
Our product curators go through the effort of individually testing and scoring every product as well as getting to know the brands to identify the best products for your box. It’s a dirty job but some ones gotta do it!
How much does the subscription cost?
The monthly subscription costs you just $100 (or $75/$105 for other box types) + State Cannabis Tax, Sales tax, and Local Tax. Your membership is worth way more, because just like you, it’s special. Also, some of the products brought to you are high-quality & exclusive drops that are new to retail locations.
How can I pay for my subscription?
You’ve got options. The smoothest way to pay is through Aeropay; we’ve partnered with them to let you pay without the need for cards or cash. Simply link to your bank and pay! Check them out at https://www.aeropay.com/
Alternatively, you can be old school and pay the driver upon delivery with cash.

How will the charge appear on my bank statement?
If you’re a cool kid and choose to pay with Aeropay, your statement will have two separate charges; a portion of the total will be under HighHello and the remainder will be under the Provisioning Center partner in your area.
How do I schedule my delivery?
Upon checkout you will be asked to select 3 delivery window preferences. We will then put this into our fancy schmancy delivery software and then contact you with a delivery date and time. Can’t make the scheduled delivery time? No problem! Are there any delivery fees?
No, there is no additional delivery fee, the delivery cost is included in your subscription fee.

Are taxes included in the purchase price?
No, taxes are not included in the subscription price. Taxes are added to the subscription subtotal; a combination of local sales tax + cannabis tax will be applied at checkout.
Can I choose the products in my box?
At this time, you cannot select the exact products for your box. We do ask you for your preferences regarding product & strain type but this feature is still in beta. Stick with us, we plan on allowing more customization in the future!
Can I add-on products to my box?
Not yet! We plan on enabling the add-on feature, which will allow you to add discounted one-off products to your subscription box from our partner marketplace.
How do I schedule my virtual budtender session?
Every membership comes with a monthly virtual budtender session. You can schedule your monthly virtual budtender session by logging into your account, clicking ‘Virtual Budtender’ and then ‘Schedule Session’. This will redirect you to a Calendly page where you can select a 15 minute appointment that fits your schedule.

Are your products licensed?
HighHello only works with state licensed brands, cultivators, processors, and operators.
What is your refund policy?
Due to cannabis law, we do not allow returns or substitutions of products to HighHello or any HighHello brand partners and/or vendors. If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within one (1) day of receipt of your box (date based on delivery confirmation receipt). These cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be effected prior to the date of your subscription renewal. This is clearly listed on your Account Details page under Subscription Details. This means that you must cancel before the renewal date for your next month’s subscription. If you choose not to accept delivery after this cut-off date passes, you will not be charged the $80 (or $55 for Edibles only) cannabis product fee, however the $20 membership fee is non-refundable. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid subscriptions, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. How do I cancel?

How do I skip a month if I’m not ready for another HighHello Box?
To skip a month, log into your account at gethighhello.com, and navigate to ‘Subscriptions’ , click ‘View’ on the active subscription and then ‘Suspend’ (aka Pause). You can also push out your order by rescheduling your delivery date. If you need assistance, please reach out to our support team over chat or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
