Cannabis is set to continue growing like a weed, no surprise there ;).
New Frontier data is projecting almost 30 million lbs of cannabis by 2030 grown just here in the U.S.. California will lead the way with 26.4 million lbs, while newer cannabis markets like Florida, New York and Illinois are projected to catch up quickly. Outdoor conditions will dictate more indoor growing for eastern states vs. the western and southern markets. With such rapid growth there are always concerns about quality and equity of opportunity across the industry but anything that normalizes cannabis across the nation is good news for the millions that stand to benefit.
